Cord control
- The colour of the control cord and tilt cords is always the same as that of the ladder cord or tape. This colour is matched to the slats as standard or can be chosen freely.
- For the Basic and Bamboo, you can choose between two metal cord weights: round and square. For the Luxury version, there are three models: round (both metal and wood), square (metal only) and in drop shape (wood only). The weights in metal are lacquered in a matching colour. The drop-shaped ones in wood are coloured to match the slats.
- The control cord and tilt cords can be provided on the same side, left or right, or each on one side of the system. These always come before the slats. For systems narrower than 50 cm, it is not possible to fit the control and tilt cords on the same side.
Chain operation
- The chain-operated systems operate on the ‘mono-command principle’: only one chain for raising and lowering the slats and
lowering the slats as well as tilting them. - To operate the systems easily and without much force, a reduction is applied.
Up to 3 m²: 1:4
Up to 7.5 m²: 1:8
■ From 7.5 m²: 1:16
The larger the reduction, the slats move more slowly when raising and lowering. - Chain in front of or next to slats
Electric operation
- Possible for 50 and 70mm slats

■ Sonesse 40 WF RTS (battery) - The fine adjustment of the slat tilting function depends on the type of motor, control and the control system (home automation) to which the motor may be connected.
■ For best results, for RTS and IO motors, we recommend only the Situo Variation RTS/IO
remote control with a convenient scroll wheel to control the tilting of the slats.
■ With home automation, the tilting function is taken over by the home automation system.
